This post made me consider who I’d like to meet from the blogging world and these are the people that came immediately to mind.

Curious. Women I, in a funny old kind of way, look up to. Most of them I’ve never met. I wish there were more of ‘their kind’ around within face-face earshot.
Hmm… I never did write that post about mentoring.
Isn’t it funny what good friends you can become with people through blogging?
Thanks Bec – I feel honoured to be in this list. It is interesting how you can get to know people through blogging. In a funny way, you can get glimpses of character and depth in a way that casual acquaintances (even though face-to-face) never manage.
I know I’m a much more interesting person online 😉
That is not what I meant! However, I do reckon that getting to know each other a bit on line has possibly allowed our handful of ‘ in-person’ conversations to reach deeper places more quickly than if we hadn’t had that previous connection…

I’ve met so many fantastic people online, including Steve S – people had been asking me for YEARS whether I knew him, saying we’d get along, etc etc…and when we finally did “meet”, it was via the blog, not IRL! 😆 Hopefully we’ll get to meet in the flesh sooner rather than later. 😀
